Positive: The appartment is okay but the issues I had with reaching out to the staff were unacceptable. They have charged my cart for three times 100 GBP, in total 300, despite the deposit they require was 100 GBP. Instead of getting prepared to leave in peace, I need to make complains and calls. But the only thing happening is that I'm getting AI generated messages all the time. This is unacceptable. Negative: Constantly spamming despite I filled in check-in form, taking extra 200 GBP and only responding with AI generated messages. This is unacceptable. I'm shocked this is possible in the UK.

Positive: Clean and tidy. Usefully central. A lot of details initially to get in, but consequently felt very secure once there. Would stay again.

It met our needs. Positive: It felt secure and was clean. Negative: We struggled to receive the email with the codes as this was not received until numerous phone calls and text messages despite the promise of 24 hour support. The staff who eventually helped us, were helpful.

Don't bother, you'll get a nicer experience and more for your money elsewhere Positive: The location was central to everything. Negative: The room was dirty, the communication was terrible and unprofessional, toilet seat was broken, bed sheets had holes in them, no ventilation, dirt on the walls, no tea or coffee, mixed messages from the hotel emails, when requesting a refund so we could book elsewhere they were ignored til the following day which was then too late, all the locks and codes made it feel like a prison, the corridors stank, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, couldn't open the windows, the windows were filthy dirty, kitchen with no frying pan and utensils missing, when called for assistance we then got an automated answering services which then transferred our call to which no-one answered, thankfully someone passing helped us, also the local parking was £25 per day which would have been better spent on another hotel with free parking, also lots of students partying throughout the night in the corridors, seemed more like a halls of residents, very very disappointed, will never use nor recommend.
